RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you are not satisfied for any reason with the product purchased from iFetch, you may exchange it for a replacement product or return it for a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping cost) less a 15% restocking charge, in either event, within thirty (30) days from the date of your receipt of the product from iFetch or its authorized reseller. Products returned to iFetch for exchange or refund must be in their original condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and sent to the iFetch Customer Care Center at the address provided below under “Product Warranty,” with shipping charges prepaid, the products packaged appropriately for safe shipment and it is recommended that they be insured or sent by a method that provides for tracking of the package. Responsibility for loss or damage does not transfer to iFetch until the returned item is received by iFetch. iFetch may refuse to provide an exchange or refund for any product that is damaged due to any of the reasons or conditions set forth below under “Warranty Exclusions”.

Limited Warranty & Limitation of Liability

PRODUCT WARRANTY:

iFetch warrants to the purchaser of this product (“Customer”) that this product will be free from defects in material or workmanship, under normal use, for a period of six (6) months from the date of Customer’s receipt of the product from iFetch or its authorized reseller. The product warranty is non-transferable and shall automatically terminate if Customer resells or transfers the product.

Proof of Purchase must be provided by Customer to the iFetch Customer Care Center before a warranty claim can be honored.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

iFetch will not be liable under this limited warranty if its testing and examination disclose that the alleged defect or malfunction in the product does not exist or resulted from:

• Failure to follow iFetch’s operation and maintenance instructions;
• Unauthorized product alteration;
• Weather conditions;
• Damage to the product caused by any animal;
• Abuse, misuse, negligent acts or omissions of Customer and/or persons under Customer’s control; or
• Acts of third parties, acts of God, accident, fire, or other hazards.
